At The 1916 Warehouse, we strive for your complete satisfaction with our products.

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving your order without providing any reason. After withdrawal, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. You will then be credited with the full order amount, including any standard shipping costs. The costs for the return shipment are initially at your expense. However, to accommodate you, we reimburse 50% of these return costs.

Return Conditions

To ensure a smooth return process, please consider the following points:

Notification: Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via our contact page and provide your order number to initiate the return.

Packaging: If reasonably possible, the product should be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Vacuum Packaging: Due to hygiene and quality reasons, cheeses with opened vacuum packaging cannot be returned.

Return Procedure

1 - Notification: Notify us of your return via our contact page and include your order number.

2 - Shipping: Send the product within 14 days of notification to:

3 - Refund: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will refund the owed amount to your account within 14 days. Additionally, we will reimburse 50% of the return shipping costs you incurred.
