How long can I store my cheese?
Unopened cheese can stay fresh for 6 to 8 weeks if stored in the refrigerator. After opening, we recommend keeping the cheese well-wrapped and consuming it within a few weeks for the best taste.
Can I freeze cheese to extend its shelf life?
While it is possible to freeze cheese, it may affect its texture and flavor. We recommend consuming cheese fresh and only freezing it as a last resort.
How is my order packaged and shipped?
Our cheeses are vacuum-sealed for freshness and shipped in sturdy cardboard packaging to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to follow your shipment via the PostNL website.
Which payment methods do you accept?

Can I cancel or modify my order?

What should I do if my cheese arrives damaged?

Do you offer gift packaging?
At this time, we do not offer gift packaging, but we are working on adding this service in the future.
Are your cheeses suitable for vegetarians?
Many of our cheeses are made with vegetarian rennet. Specific details can be found on the product pages, or you can contact us for more information.
How should I store my cheese?
Keep cheese in its original packaging or wrap it in cheese paper or baking paper and store it in the refrigerator. Avoid using plastic wrap, as it can cause the cheese to sweat.
Do you sell lactose-free cheese?
Currently, we do not offer lactose-free cheeses, but we are working on expanding our selection. Sign up for our newsletter to stay updated on new products.
Can I select a specific delivery date?
No, it is not possible to choose a specific delivery date during checkout. Once your order has been processed and handed over to PostNL, you will receive a tracking number to follow your shipment and adjust delivery preferences via the PostNL app if necessary.
Do you deliver outside of Europe?
At the moment, we only deliver within Europe. Please refer to our Shipping Information page for more details.
